Released

  1. v1.2.5

    August 25, 2026Latest

    Fixed

    • After Stripe checkout in Electron, Billing keeps polling entitlements until the plan updates — Checkout opens in the OS browser and never lands on the web success URL.
    • Usage meters at zero or over quota show full red bars again, instead of collapsing empty after a plan change.
  2. v1.2.3

    August 24, 2026

    New

    • Community opens like a real catalog: a centered hero to search and filter, sticky category chips as you scroll, and each template as its own full page — preview, about, and use — instead of a side drawer.
    • Session chat can take image attachments. Pick them up in the composer, see them in the thread, and open a gallery when you need a closer look.
    • Project rows in the sidebar open their actions on right-click, with the same menu as the ⋯ control, via a shared context-menu hook.

    Fixed

    • Primary create actions match across the app: Add server and the agents Add control use the same blue accent pill as Add ticket.
    • Scratch setup’s create options keep a light hover wash and an arrow that only moves on hover.
    • Sidebar project spacing is tighter when projects are collapsed; the empty-preview state on a template page says so plainly without inventing a cover.
  3. v1.2.2

    August 20, 2026
    • fix: panel of organizations, creation proect process, images for agents and comments
  4. v1.2.1

    August 19, 2026

    New

    • Creating a project is one modal now: a name, a description, and the people you want in it — invite by email and anyone who is not in the workspace yet gets pulled in on create. It no longer hands you to a conversation to finish the job.
    • Connecting a repository happens where you are. Connect GitHub, install it on the account you want, search and pick the repo — all inside one dialog, from the new-project flow or from an empty project, without a detour through Settings.
    • Projects gained a + on their sidebar heading, so New project is a click away from anywhere instead of only from the bottom of the list.
    • The chat has a jump-to-latest button. Scroll back through a long thread and it appears; the view also stops yanking you down on every streamed token — it only follows when a genuinely new message arrives and you were already at the bottom.
    • The workspace button carries your plan as a small badge, so what you are on is visible without opening Billing.

    Fixed

    • Publish replaced Ready for review as the primary preview control. What used to read as "ship it now" is a panel that first tells you where the ticket actually stands — working, in review, ready to merge, published — with the preview link, the assignees, and Ready for review inside it. Merging is a deliberate step you take from there.
    • Reject is gone from that menu. Sending work back was never what the button implied; drag the ticket to Cancelled if that is what you mean.
    • Turn off preview moved into the preview pill, next to the device switcher, instead of hiding behind the publish control.
    • The device switcher runs largest to smallest — Desktop, Tablet, Mobile, Resizable — and has a tablet at last. Watch and TV, which nothing rendered for, are gone.
    • Delete ticket sits at the foot of the ticket sidebar as a plain, always-visible action rather than appearing on hover in the header. It is there when you want it and never suggested when you don't.
    • The Rosvelt row at the bottom of the sidebar is about Rosvelt — Community and Docs — and no longer mixes product links in with your organization's, which live in the workspace menu above.
    • Community uses a people icon instead of the broadcast tower.
    • Roles are explained where you invite people: the invite page shows the same role table as Settings, so you can see what each role can do before you send.
    • Board columns and cards read as real glass over the desktop: the column tint is transparent instead of painted, cards carry a hairline and a resolved shadow, and dropdowns fold open with one shared motion.
    • Group headers and column headers clip what scrolls under them, so cards no longer bleed through a section title on the way past.
  5. v1.2.0

    August 17, 2026

    New

    • Billing has a home in settings: the plan you are on, what it costs and when it renews, what is included against what you have used, and the other plans beside it. Owners can start checkout or open the Stripe portal from there — and the app only ever hands off to Stripe's own domains.
    • The sidebar speaks up as you approach the cap, and again once you are over it, linking straight to Billing. Over quota, creating things and running jobs pause until you delete down or upgrade; reading and deleting keep working.
    • Clicking a row in the ticket list opens the ticket. The list used to be a table with a live preview pinned beside it, which halved the room the list had; preview stays on the ticket page where the rest of the ticket is.
    • Existing projects can connect GitHub repositories from their settings — search, pick, connected — instead of asking the agent to do it for you.
    • Community templates create or attach their repository through the API, so applying one lands you in the project rather than in a conversation about setting it up.

    Fixed

    • The project list scrolls on its own and New project stays put underneath it, instead of being pushed off the bottom once you have enough projects.
    • On macOS the new-tab button follows the last tab rather than sitting at the far right of the window, and the tab strip fades what is scrolled past it.
    • Board group headers no longer let cards show through their corners as the board scrolls under them.
    • The pixel pet is drawn rather than scaled: a 19×17 tanuki as an SVG, crisp at any size, with the same face on light and dark surfaces.
  6. v1.1.1

    August 16, 2026

    Fixed

    • The describe screen leads with its heading alone. Underneath it sat a line restating the same thing — four of them, one per mode plus one under the create options — and loading traced two bars that resolved into one.
    • Segmented controls, the avatar editor and the board's group icon were settled. The camera no longer sits in its own dark disc over the scrim, Remove moved from a badge on the corner to the centre of the tile, and busy states run the same pixel loader as the rest of the app.
    • Grouping a board by project shows the folder the sidebar's project rows wear, instead of falling through to a generic icon.
    • Workspace settings joins Docs in the sidebar footer rather than crowding the profile row, and Community gets room underneath.
    • The member page reads as one column like every other settings screen. The Overview panel repeated the header verbatim, and fields wore three labels each; the member ID is now copy-to-clipboard, and Save changes sits in the page header.
    • Workspace roles and project roles are one table with a scope column. Side by side they both listed an Admin and a Member, so they read as the same legend twice.
    • A pinned message renders like the message you sent it as. A design-mode selection used to print as a wall of raw ⟦ctx {"selector":…⟧; references arrive as chips now, and a clipped message says so with a fade and opens on click, scrolling in place instead of growing over the transcript.
    • The floating assistant launcher is gone from preview, which runs its own chat rail — it opened a second way into the same conversation and sat on the preview's own controls.
  7. v1.1.0

    August 15, 2026

    New

    • Rosvelt follows your system appearance. The whole app has a light theme now — every surface, every piece of text, both ways round.
    • On macOS the window is frosted: the desktop blurs behind it, and the app tints over that instead of sitting on flat grey. Settings can turn the blur off if you would rather it stayed solid.
    • Creating a project starts by asking what you are doing — an empty project, a product to plan, or a repository to connect — instead of dropping you straight into chat.
    • The New project dialog is a real form: name it, describe it, choose who joins and which GitHub repositories to link, all before it is created. "Chat about this" carries that draft into a conversation rather than starting the agent from nothing.
    • When the agent asks you something, you can tick several answers at once instead of picking one.
    • Onboarding can be skipped, and "I'll do it myself" is easier to hit on the way past.
    • A pixel cat keeps watch on the assistant launcher, and waiting states run the pixel loader in place of the old dots.

    Fixed

    • The preview survives navigating and reloading. It used to hand back "method not allowed" and lose the session; the handshake now replays on every move, and your access token stays out of the address bar.
    • The dashboard settles straight onto the screen you asked for. It was flashing the create options for a beat before the prompt, because it decided the organization was empty before the projects had finished loading.
    • The window drags from anywhere empty along the title bar again, not just the strip beside the traffic lights.
    • Text holds its contrast everywhere. Every foreground colour now clears 4.5:1 against the surface it sits on, in both themes, and the greys that were a shade apart from each other are gone.
    • Cards, segmented controls and buttons were tidied up across the app, and the spacing and type scales they draw from now mean one thing each.
  8. v1.0.16

    August 15, 2026
    • fix: hold the dashboard on a skeleton while projects resolve
    • Chore/design token cleanup (#37)
    • fix: keep the preview session alive across navigation and reload
  9. v1.0.15

    August 14, 2026

    Fixes

    • Settings shows the real app version, not a hardcoded v1.0.0.
    • Unused UI leftovers and the Twilio voice SDK are gone.
  10. v1.0.14

    August 14, 2026

    Fixes

    • Command bar now matches the rest of the app, says tasks instead of issues, and opens the same create and navigation overlays as the sidebar.
    • Status and assignee controls on board cards have more room to click.
    • Adding a discussion no longer steals the main thread; outbound links open in the real browser; preview reloads show the agent's latest build; two app tabs no longer share one page's state.
    • Shared controls pass accessibility checks (names, dropdown ARIA, labeled inputs).

    Feats

    • Ticket descriptions use a rich text editor: formatting is always rendered, and raw markdown only appears when you toggle source.
  11. v1.0.13

    August 13, 2026
    • feat(#32): add Supabase integration management (#32)
    • feat: group GitHub and Slack under an Integrations submenu
    • polish: settle the preview pill's hover while collapsed
    • polish: wrap the ticket header instead of squeezing it
    • fix: open the preview in the real browser and align its toolbar icons
    • fix: open outbound links in the real browser
  12. v1.0.12

    August 13, 2026

    Feats

    • Show logos for every organization in the workspace switcher, not only the active one.
    • Refresh Comment / Design icons on the preview tools pill and animate collapse into the edge tab.

    Fixes

    • Comment threads attributed every message to you — teammate authors now resolve correctly.
    • Resolve with AI is a header icon instead of a large button under the thread.
  13. v1.0.11

    August 13, 2026
    • feat: unlink repos, name and archive chats, pin template versions
    • feat: shape tickets in the ticket itself
    • Update README.md
  14. v1.0.10

    August 12, 2026

    New

    • Copy a link to a ticket straight from its header, alongside the rest of the ticket actions.
    • The plan beside a draft conversation updates live as the agent writes it, instead of only on a manual refresh.
    • Rosvelt reopens on the organization and page you left, and the preview modes — Browse, Comment, Design — gather into one floating pill.

    Fixed

    • Create a project from the sidebar opens the dialog where you are standing, instead of sending you to the dashboard first.
    • The preview's back button works: links clicked inside the preview are recorded, so the address bar and pinned comments stay honest.
    • Failures report themselves automatically and say so, and the preview loader no longer narrates phases that are not running.
  15. v1.0.9

    August 11, 2026

    New

    • A version that has finished downloading shows as an Update pill in the sidebar footer, next to the Rosvelt mark.
    • Clicking it restarts straight into the new version, instead of waiting for whenever you next happen to quit the app.

    Fixed

    • Updates installed only on quit, so on a machine that stays open one could sit ready indefinitely with nothing on screen saying so.
    • Only a check at launch could surface an update; Rosvelt now re-checks every six hours, so long sessions see one too.
  16. v1.0.8

    August 11, 2026

    New

    • Create additional organizations from the app: a New organization row in the workspace menu and a panel in Settings › Organization.
    • The workspace URL is previewed as you type, since the namespace is derived from the name and cannot be changed later.
    • Creating an organization switches you into it and lands on its dashboard, with your organization list already refreshed.

    Fixed

    • The name is checked before the request — empty, too short, too long, or one you already own — with the reason under the field.
    • A namespace that is already taken came back as an opaque server error; it now reads as "That name is already taken".
    • The dialog locks while the request is in flight, so it cannot be closed over an organization switch that still lands.
  17. v1.0.7

    August 10, 2026

    New

    • The preview browser bar gets a back button, driven by a real history of every route you have been through.
    • Context you pick in Design mode reads as a chip inline in your message, carrying your own note instead of a raw token.
    • Sent messages render each chip where it was written, so a message reads as a sentence rather than a stack of references.

    Fixed

    • Pressing Enter on the route the bar already shows re-navigates, correcting drift from navigation inside the page.
    • Publishing spins and locks the whole control, so the merge cannot be fired twice by accident.
    • A context chip behaves as one unit: arrows step across it, Backspace removes it whole, and hovering shows the label in full.
  18. v1.0.6

    August 10, 2026

    New

    • Ticket drafting: the plan sits beside the conversation and you pick who builds it — a preview or an assigned agent.
    • Member details separates workspace access from project access, with a legend describing what each role can do.
    • Reworked chat and board: a new super input, context selections that persist, a richer card drag preview, and back/forward across tickets and settings.

    Fixed

    • People picked while creating a project are added for real — the creator lands as admin and each invitee keeps the role they were given.
    • A failed invite no longer reads as a failed project: the project is kept and only the people who could not be added are reported.
    • Your session survives power-off and OS logout, and only a 401 or 403 signs you out — every other failed check retries.
  19. v1.0.5

    August 2, 2026

Maintenance release — no changes to the app itself.

    Fixed

    • Requests were routed to a staging hostname that had been renamed, so calls to the API could not reach the backend. The route points at the right host again.
  20. v1.0.4

    August 2, 2026

    New

    • Mention teammates in a ticket the same way you mention agents, from the same picker.
    • Choose any status when creating a ticket, instead of being limited to Backlog or To do.
    • Every release now publishes its own notes, so the changelog says what actually shipped in each version.

    Fixed

    • Delete on a ticket's detail view removes the ticket, where the action was labelled Cancel and never reached it.
    • A ticket being created no longer shows an empty agent Activity section it cannot have yet.
    • The Rosvelt mark renders in the packaged app, where the shared logo was silently not being drawn.
  21. v1.0.3

    August 1, 2026

    New

    • The board and the list group by project → status by default, so work reads the same way in both views.
    • Delete a ticket straight from its detail view, without going back to the list to find it.
    • A new task keeps the project you picked and your in-progress draft when you navigate away and come back.

    Fixed

    • Assigning people to tickets works again, and owners can now be added to projects from Settings › Members.
    • Standard tickets move freely to any status, from the board or from the detail view.
    • Linking a repository reports itself: a per-repo loading state and a success or error message instead of silence.
  22. v1.0.1

    August 1, 2026

    New

    • Projects on any stack: create one from scratch or connect an existing repository, and link it to GitHub from Settings.
    • Naoki Agent with tools, loops, skills and access to multiple repositories, plus custom agents and skills you define yourself.
    • Live software previews and real-time multiplayer sessions, with several connected test environments running at once.

    Fixed

    • Your session survives a token refresh and a reload, instead of dropping you back to sign-in in the middle of work.
    • Real-time no longer storms the server when it rejoins, and the app stops creating duplicate worklog threads.
    • Drag and drop on the board and the list stops oscillating, and the packaged app launches with the right environment and assets.
